AGREEMENT made this ___ day of ___________,
2005 by and between WEB PAGE BUILDERS with its office at
___________________________ ("Seller") and ___________________with
its office at_______________________
("Buyer").
1. SALE - Seller has agreed to sell and Buyer has agreed to
purchase ____One (1) Web Site__ in accordance with the plans and
specifications set forth on the attached Schedule A.
2. PRICE - The total price for the goods is $__500.00____
for set-up of the Web Site___ and $__99.00__ per month for
maintenance, it being understood that the price does not include the InterNIC
domain name fee of $35 per year after the initial 2 year period paid for by
WEB PAGE BUILDERS.
(A) Web page / Web monthly site maintenance payment shall
be made as follows: the entire amount due shall be paid in full by the due
date stated on the bill.
3. BUYER'S DEFAULT - The seller is not obligated to
continue paying for web site hosting if any payment is not received within 10
days after the due date.
4. SELLER'S WARRANTIES - It is understood and agreed by the
parties that Seller does not warrant the uptime of the web site since that is
out of the control of WEB PAGE BUILDERS.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed this Agreement
on the date first written above.
